Travel Log

It's not exactly a life goal, because we know travel is really not important in the grand scheme of things, but we would love to visit all fifty states one day. So far, as a couple, we've made it to:

1. California - San Francisco {05/15}
2. Colorado - Denver {05/17}
3. Florida  - Destin {06/09}, New Smyrna Beach {10/09, 07/11, 06/12, 06/14, 12/16}
4. Kansas - Wichita {05/17}
5. Louisiana - New Orleans {06/12, 05/13}
6. Illinois - Chicago {10/08}
7. Indiana - Bloomington {10/11}, South Bend {10/08}
8. Missouri - Saint Louis {08/11}
9. New York - Niagara Falls {05/12}, New York City {01/09}
10. Oklahoma - Tulsa {05/17}
11. Oregon - Portland {08/13, 08/14}
12. Pennsylvania - Pittsburgh {went to college here}
13. Texas - Austin {06/10, 11/10}, Houston {grew up and met here}, San Antonio {06/10}
14. Washington -  Richland {my parents moved here 06/15}, Seattle {we moved here 06/12}, Spokane {10/14}, Suncadia {07/15}, Seabrook {08/15}
15. West Virginia - Canaan Valley {07/11}, Huntington {10/15}
And we'd be remiss not to include our nation's capital, Washington D.C. {03/11, 01/12}

I definitely don't think we'll make it to all the Canadian provinces {Nunavut isn't exactly a prime vacation spot!} but we'd love to give it a try. So far, as couple, we've made it to:

1. British Columbia - Nanaimo {08/12, 08/15}, Sunshine Coast {08/16}, Vancouver {08/12, 07/13}
2. Ontario - Ottawa {08/09, 11/11, 05/12, 06/14, 08/16}, Toronto {05/11}
3. Quebec - Montreal {06/14}, Quebec City {08/16}

We've been incredibly blessed to travel to a few other countries as well and are crossing our fingers that we'll venture abroad again sometime. So far, as a couple, we've made it to:

1. France - Aix en Provence {studied abroad here}, Paris {02/10, 04/10}
2. Great Britain - Edinburgh {04/10}, London {04/10}
3. Ireland - Dublin {04/10}
4. Italy - Assisi {02/10}, Rome {02/10}, Venice {02/10}
5. Mexico - Cancun {08/10}
6. Monaco - Monte Carlo {05/10}
7. Spain - Barcelona {05/10}
8. Switzerland - Geneva {03/10}

We really hope to see these lists grow over the years!
