For us Catholics, Easter weekend is a pretty big deal. Before the Easter Vigil on Saturday night, Adam and I finally found a winner in our search for the best Mexican restaurant in Pittsburgh. It doesn't have queso (apparently that's more of a Tex-Mex thing) but the fajitas were spectacular!
On Sunday, we decided to cook an Easter dinner for some of our closest friends. We made pork roast with mashed potatoes and green beans. Dessert was carrot cake and key lime pie. Although it was a little stressful at times, the food turned out perfectly and we were so excited to have all our friends together!

With only one week of class before finals, things are pretty crazy around here. If you wonder why I'm not updating quite as often, it's because I'm studying (or at least should be studying).
