Pesto Ravioli Gratin

Adam says this is one of the best things I've ever made. {It's also one of the easiest!}

{My camera is still broken, so this photo will have to do.}

Pesto Ravioli Gratin

16 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
1 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup pesto
1/4 cup grated parmesan

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together cream and pesto. Mix in the ravioli.
3. Transfer the mixture to a  2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake until golden brown and bubbling, 20 to 25 minutes. Serves four.
