Our sister-in-law, Elizabeth, is married to Steve, Adam's second-oldest brother. She turns 28 today!

Cooking unique things from scratch, like cheese and dandelion wine.
The Heifer Project. She's even worked on one of their farms.
Three Things Elizabeth Hates:
Ice Skating.
Gluten.
Week-long bike rides during hurricanes. {She and Steve biked from Pittsburgh to Washington DC over Labor Day, which happened to coincide with Hurricane Irene.}
