After four years of relying on public transportation, I am so thankful that we have a car. I am thankful that we don't have to wait for the bus on cold, windy and rainy days. I am thankful that we no longer have to grocery shop only once a month. I am thankful that we always manage to find a parking spot on our street somehow. I am thankful that we can visit family over long weekends who would have been impossibly expensive to get to otherwise.
