Chicken Spaghetti

I'm a sucker for a recipe involving cream of chicken soup. I know this casserole isn't the prettiest, but it's from The Pioneer Woman, so you know it's delicious!

Chicken Spaghetti

Chicken Spaghetti
{From The Pioneer Woman}

2 cups diced chicken
3 cups dry spaghetti, broken into two-inch pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt {like Tony's}
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup additional cheddar cheese

1. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. When draining spaghetti, reserve two cups chicken broth.
2. Combine chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and seasonings. Add chicken, spaghetti, onion, and cheese. Stir until well-combined.
3. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with additional cheese and bake at 350 for forty-five minutes. Serves six to eight.

  1. It looks more like soup...is that the consistency it had?

You are awesome.
