So, the Newman Center has an annual Halloween party. Adam and I are in desperate need of a cute costume idea. I am having a really hard time thinking of anything creative and Adam's philosophy is just to wait until two days before. Of course, I know we'll never be as cute as these two.
Costumes must be cheap and easy. Like something we could find at Goodwill. Ideas anyone?

I think you could pull off the Mary Poppins vibe very nicely with stuff from Goodwill!
