On Friday night, we spontaneously decided to see a movie at the dollar theater. Then we spontaneously invited our friends, Matt and Kelly, to come with us when we saw them at the Newman Center's weekly spaghetti dinner.
We all really enjoyed this movie. Have you ever found a movie hilarious but felt like you were the only one laughing in the theater? That was totally the four of us.
On Saturday afternoon, we headed to the Newman Center's annual barn dance. Who knew square dancing could be so much fun? A super intense limbo contest and even more intense apple bobbing competition are also part of the festivities.
On Sunday morning, we started preparing for the All Saints Day activities in Sunday School. Adam and I are in charge and we are really excited about our idea. But you'll have to wait until next week to find out what we have up our sleeves!
Then I went to a knitting class with my good friend, Kristin. We bought a Groupon for the class back in May and finally got around to using it. I have to say, I'm pretty proud of how my scarf is coming along.
