After months of debating the pros and cons, seeking advice, and asking for acceptance, Adam and I have set a wedding date.
We are getting married on July 31st!
I know, I know. You are probably shocked that we are getting married while we're still in school. But we've thought about this in a lot of practical ways. Most importantly, we have determined that we can support ourselves financially.
Of course, the decision wasn't completely based on practical measures. We'll be dating for five years this summer and, frankly, that's long enough for us! In the eloquent words of Harry Burns, "When you meet the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
This week, I will feature some fellow {more famous} bloggers that got married in college and are thriving. To give a variety of perspectives, one couple is still in college, one couple is in graduate school, and one couple has two kids and real jobs. I hope you're as excited as I am!
Yay Cait! Congratulations!!!! My concern isn't that you're still in college, it's the heat in Houston ;)
