Allie's birthday celebration started after work on Friday. Adam, Allie, and I all met up at the Galleria. We made a quick stop at Anthropologie and then had dinner at Pei Wei {crab wontons and chopped chicken salad}. After dinner, we went to the Mad Potter, a paint your own pottery place. It was so much fun, even though Adam got a little stressed when faced with an artistic challenge!
We ended the evening at Amy's Ice Cream, where we all split a pint of dark chocolate {it was cheaper than everyone getting their own!} On Saturday and Sunday, Allie got to hang out with her very best friend Lauren, who surprised her by driving down from Austin for the weekend!
The four-day festivities concluded on yesterday, with opening presents, dinner at La Villa, and homemade ice cream pie.
Allison got lots of cute kitchen stuff for her nursing school apartment. I gave her this cute print from etsy, and she returned the favor by passing her cold onto me!
